After tasting some of the products Melanie and her husband had at the Fiery-Food Show, I had to buy some (the three products above). Anything with mangos and peaches in it? Gotta have it!
I'm real picky about BBQ sauces, growing up eating my dad's barbecue in Louisiana and then living in Memphis for five years. But this BBQ sauce is one of the best I've tasted; can't wait to grill some country style ribs and enjoy it even more.

I met Nick at the Fiery Food show today, here in Albuquerque. (If you weren't there, there's always next year!) It turns out he knew my Dad, who had a restaurant called Harold's Cajun Glory Cafe in Columbus, Ohio! Small world! (Out of 200 or so vendors that I talked to, Nick is the only one who gave me a full-sized sample of his products! Thanks Nick!)
I tried the Cajun Island Sweet Blackened Sauce, and it is delicious! I will probably try a little of this with my smoked Boston Butt, a wonderful barbecued pork roast that I learned to cook from old man Hill (as we called him), an old dude in Monroe, Louisiana, at a place called Hill's Barbecue. I think he passed away, and his barebecue shack disappeared. I still have dreams of Hill's Barbecue (served on white bread!) with his Black Barbecue Sauce!

Welcome to the (hot and spicy) Wild Wild West!
Greetings from the Wild Wild West!
Please allow me to introduce myself: I’m known around the internet as “Wild W. West". Please don’t ask how that came to be; I’m too old to remember.
In my past lives I have owned and managed restaurants and a catering company, and a hospital administrator (among other things). I have worked in 5-star hotels and restaurants around the country California, Louisiana, Kentucky, and Arizona. After the hospital I worked for closed, I opened a consultant company for behavioral health providers, which did well for 3 very long years. I started dabbling in Internet Marketing, and I do well with that today, promoting (ahem, Adult) businesses & websites. I was always told that adult products were considered to be recession proof, and so far that has been found true.
And I discovered the secret in life: do what you love and you will be successful. So, I am starting a new website with the idea of promoting chilehead products such as hot sauces and anything else that has anything to do with lots of flavor. (Being from Louisiana, I love food with lots of flavor!)
So, if you would like to be a part of this exciting new venture, please send me an email to: wild@pbcsllc.com and let me know. For the first couple of months, I will accept advertising banners for any company that submits (full-size) samples for review purposes. After we build up our/your traffic, and you start to appreciate the new business we send your way, you can continue to advertise on the website; our rates are very reasonable with guaranteed results.
Oh yes, on my adult product websites, we average over a million visitors per month.
